Many of them tout their great company culture, or the many perks or benefits employees have. At Atiba, we take a simple approach: people. Atiba concentrates on the people they hire and it is this people-first approach that makes Atiba such a great place to work at. We even recently got an award for it from the Best Workplaces Institute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How Atiba got the award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Best Workplaces Institute Certification surveyed Atiba employees which asked them to answer several questions about their employment and their satisfaction with their job. The results were then measured using the FLOURISH model.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the FLOURISH model?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The FLOURISH model takes the answers from a workplace engagement survey and breaks those answers down into eight categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fantastic teams<\/li>\n<li>Life-giving work<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding talent<\/li>\n<li>Uplifting growth<\/li>\n<li>Rewarding compensation<\/li>\n<li>Inspiriational Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Sustainable Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Healthy Communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These categories help to give insight into the organizational culture in a workplace and whether or not that culture is headed in a positive direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does this mean for Atiba?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first workplace award Atiba has won. In 2021 Atiba was rated as one of Middle Tennessee\u2019s top places to work by The Tennessean. This is however, Atiba\u2019s first award using the FLOURISH model as the basis for measuring organizational culture. We saw a 79% participation rate in the survey and a 71.1 % score in the highest levels of company engagement (the average score is 56.2 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are not done yet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The FLOURISH model works best if it is done over a series of years. This means that each year, Atiba will go through the process of completing the FLOURISH survey and will be able to see from the data if we are doing our job at helping our employees succeed, and grow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Join us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Come join our crazy half geek half human team.
