How Long have you been with Atiba and what’s your role?<\/b><\/p>\n
in 2011 I started as a desktop support<\/a> tech. I then worked as a network admin. Currently, I’m the <\/span>Team Lead for Network Services<\/a>. In that role, I handle a wide variety of duties. I’m responsible for relationships with clients, managing a team of 9 techs & engineers, project manage<\/span>ment, onboarding new network services<\/a> clients, and assisting in scoping projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span> What is your favorite part\u00a0about\u00a0working\u00a0at\u00a0Atiba?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n My favorite aspect of working at Atiba is flexibility. I’m a<\/span>ble to be at kids<\/span>\u2019<\/span> events and work around life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What motivates you to wake up and go to work?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n My family. I have 3 kids \u2013 a 7-year-old<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>girl, a 4-year-old<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>boy, and a 6-month-old boy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s your go-to snack during the day?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n What\u2019s your home office like?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n I actually have an office built out <\/span>in<\/span> the garage. It\u2019s separate from the rest of the house \u2013 10 x 10 space with a standing desk. It’s <\/span>great to have a quiet area to work away from the family noise.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Is there a secret skill you have?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I can juggle.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n With three kids it sounds like you’d have to be able to juggle!
